About Me

I found myself experiencing the overwhelm of managing a full-time profession while being a mother to my two and ten-year-old boys and striving to be a present wife to my husband. This juggling act began to affect my ability to enjoy my life, family, and career, and to be present in my own life.

Two years ago, I embarked on the journey of becoming a life coach. Words cannot adequately convey the positive changes I have experienced through this process. I became aware of my own thoughts and the life I was creating as a result. I learned to spend my time and energy wisely and with intention. This realization empowered me to create the life I always wanted, be the mother I aspired to be, and be present in my marriage with my husband of 20 years (we married quite young).

I also coach women in the construction industry to address some of their many challenges, such as family-work life balance, communication issues, and dealing with discrimination and safety concerns. Having worked in the construction industry as a professional for almost 20 years, I understand these challenges intimately.

Now, I feel truly honored to help others improve their relationships with themselves, their loved ones, and in their workplace. It is life’s greatest joy to help one another, simply because we can.
